Rob Heibein is the principal with over 20 years of applied experience in the natural resources field throughout British Columbia and western Alberta. His experience includes 15 years consulting while employed at various firms and 6 years as a government regulator with Fisheries and Oceans Canada in habitat protection, community involvement and education. Additionally, Rob has been employed by Northwest Community College in Terrace as a part-time instructor in their natural resources diploma program.
Rob has particular specialties in construction environmental management, fish and fish habitat assessments, erosion and sediment control and fish habitat compensation. Industry sectors Rob has worked for include hydroelectric, mining, oil and gas, forestry, highways, rail and urban land developers.
Rob has also worked closely with many first nations, regional districts, municipalities, provincial ministries and advocacy groups throughout BC.
